What is a rent lease?
A rent lease is an agreement that defines the rights and obligations between a landlord and a tenant.
Should a rent lease be in writing?
No, rental leases can be oral. But, it is preffered to have it in writing as proof.
What is rent determination?
Rent determination is the evaluation made by courts to determine whether the rent paid is lawful. If there is a dispute on the rent amount between the parties, the courts will make an evaluation depending on the current market value of similar real estate.
